Deleting your account
Log in to the site or app and select SETTINGS > DELETE ACCOUNT. When you confirm, all data will be erased.
If your subscription is active or has not yet expired, account deletion is disabled to prevent deleting the account while billing remains active. Cancel your subscription first. Support can override this restriction if you confirm that the subscription has been stopped.
